Hi! Thank you for visiting my website! I am Karen. For 35 years I have been living, breathing, and studying health and wellness. My journey started when I was 16 and became ill. The doctors were unable to fully help me so I took my health into my own hands. I started working at a health food store, reading every book I could find, and I started implementing what I learned into daily practice. I could not look back, wellness became my passion.

I began my journey of self-love after reading You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay when I was 17. Little did I know that 30 years later I would become her Personal Assistant and Holistic Health Coach! I have so much love for her and the gifts she has given all of us.

I would be honored to be of service to you. My greatest pleasure comes from sharing information that leads people to empower themselves to make positive changes in their lives. I have raised three daughters, lost people I deeply loved, been divorced after a long marriage, had open-heart surgery, and many other life challenges that lead me to my passion for wanting to work with you. I will always be honest with you and do my best to support, encourage, share knowledge and care about your well being.

First and foremost I am a self-care advocate.I am a Holistic Health Practitioner, and Certified Nutritionist Consultant, Certified Licensed Massage Therapist/Bodyworker, & Licensed Brain Health Trainer. I am a master level Reiki practitioner, and I am certified in mediCupping, aromatherapy, cupping, prenatal massage, oncology massage, fibromyalgia, and geriatric massage. As an end of life doula, I faithfully support the dying person and their family, alongside of hospice, through the end of life care.

I love nature, exploring, and having adventures with people in my life! I collect rocks everywhere I go. I have a collection of rocks that are shaped like hearts. I like to paint, knit, crochet, and do just about any craft you can think of!

Living My Beautiful Life!
